Spoke Dispatch (Circuit for Teams) Alternatives for UK Distributors

Short answer: Spoke Dispatch, the product formerly called Circuit for Teams, is a good fit if you need a driver app, live tracking and proof of delivery, and you're happy to pay in US dollars by the number of stops. If you're a UK distributor planning recurring multi-drop rounds, where the hard parts are van capacity, delivery windows and driver hours, and a printed or phone run sheet is enough for drivers, a tool priced per van in pounds may suit you better.
This isn't a case against Spoke. It's a well-regarded product. It's about which problem you're actually paying to solve.
What Spoke Dispatch costs
Per Spoke's pricing page as of October 2026, plans are priced in US dollars by stops per month, billed monthly, with unlimited drivers:
- Starter: $125 a month for 1,000 stops, then $0.04 per extra stop
- Premium: $200 a month for 2,000 stops, then $0.06 per extra stop
- Expert: $1,000 a month for 12,000 stops, then $0.07 per extra stop
What stop-based pricing means for a multi-drop fleet
Stop-based pricing suits fleets with few drops per van. It costs more as drop density rises, which is exactly what multi-drop distributors have. As a worked example, ten vans doing 40 drops a day for 22 working days is 8,800 stops a month. On Premium that's $200 plus 6,800 extra stops at $0.06, about $608 a month before tax. Expert covers it within its 12,000 stops at $1,000. Check the current figures on Spoke's page before relying on them, since pricing changes.
For comparison, vRouted is priced per van in pounds: ten vans on Growth are £29 each a month, however many drops they make, and Starter is a flat £79 a month for up to 3 vehicles. See pricing.
What Spoke does well
Spoke's plans include a driver app with turn-by-turn navigation and barcode scanning, proof of delivery with signatures and photos, live tracking, customer notifications and an API. If drivers need to capture signatures on a phone, or customers expect live arrival updates, those are real strengths, and vRouted doesn't offer them. vRouted has no driver app, no live tracking and no electronic proof of delivery.
What to check if you're a UK distributor
Whichever tool you trial, test it on a real day of your own orders, and check:
- Capacity in your unit: can each van's capacity be set in cages, crates, pallets or kilograms, and does the split across vans respect it?
- Driver hours: can you set a shift and maximum working hours per driver, with time at each drop counted? This matters under the GB domestic and assimilated drivers' hours rules
- Delivery windows: what happens to a drop that can't make its window, is it planned late or flagged?
- Currency and invoicing: whether you're billed in pounds, and how VAT is shown
- Cost at your real drop count, not the headline price

Where vRouted fits
vRouted is built for UK B2B distributors running recurring multi-drop rounds with a handful to a couple of dozen vans. It splits the day's drops across vans by capacity, plans each round against windows, drop times and drivers' shifts, flags drops that won't fit, and exports a run sheet with a Google Maps link for every drop. If you need a driver app and proof of delivery, Spoke is likely the better choice. If your problem is planning the rounds, see the route planning guide for UK multi-drop distributors or start a 14-day trial from the pricing page.
