TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROUTEMAX PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Accuracy Disclaimer
While we strive for accuracy in route optimization and calculations, you should verify all route information and use your professional judgment for safety and compliance.
- Either party may terminate this agreement with appropriate notice
- We may terminate immediately for violations of these Terms
- Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease
- We will provide data export capabilities for 30 days after termination
- Provisions regarding intellectual property and limitations survive termination
