Route planning pricing for UK delivery fleets
Priced in pounds for how distributors actually run rounds. Starter is a flat monthly rate. Growth and Pro scale per vehicle, so you pay for the fleet you run, and Enterprise covers integrations and deployment beyond that. Every self-serve plan starts with a 14-day free trial.
Prices shown are the monthly-equivalent rate. Annual billing is charged once a year.
For a first few vehicles that need fully constrained planning from day one.
For distributors running daily multi-drop rounds who need capacity, driver hours and windows planned together, every day.
For multi-depot operators who've outgrown a single site's rounds.
For operators who need integrations or deployment options beyond the self-serve plans.
For example, 12 vans on Growth = £348/mo.
£278.40/mobilled annually
What the optimiser actually plans for
Every plan includes the same optimisation engine - higher tiers add capacity, scheduling and multi-depot planning on top.
Capacity-aware planning
Every round respects each vehicle's load capacity. The optimiser won't put more on a van than it can carry.
Delivery windows
When a van's round is optimised, customer time windows are hard constraints, not suggestions, so drops arrive when they're expected.
Driver hours
Each driver's shift window and maximum working hours are built into the plan, not checked afterwards.
Cost per round
Every optimised round shows estimated miles, hours and cost - so you can see what today's plan cost against yesterday's.
Multi-vehicle scheduling
Stops are assigned across your whole fleet at once, not van-by-van, so no drop is left unassigned.
Frequently asked questions
Why is Growth priced per vehicle?
So the cost tracks the size of your fleet directly. You're not paying for capacity you don't use, and the price rises predictably as you add vans.
What counts as a vehicle for billing?
Any van or vehicle that's assigned routes in your account during the billing period.
Is there a contract?
No long contract. Pay monthly, or annually for 20% off. You can cancel at any time and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you've paid for.
Can I try it first?
Yes. Every self-serve plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no card is needed up front. Or book a 20-minute setup call and we'll plan one of your real days with you.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and billed in GBP.
Do I need to integrate anything?
No. Most customers start by uploading a spreadsheet of stops. There's a CSV template and a sample file on the features page. If you'd rather send orders from your own system, there's a REST API as well.
How does vRouted handle driver hours?
You set each driver's shift window and maximum working hours, and every round is planned to finish inside them. vRouted doesn't calculate legal breaks for you, so set shift limits that keep your drivers inside whichever rules apply to them, whether that's GB domestic or EU/AETR.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move between plans at any time from your account settings.
Do you offer custom integrations?
Yes, on the Enterprise plan. Get in touch and we'll scope it with you.
